For the comfort of our valued guests, we provide robes, slippers, personal lockers and a comfortable lounge with a relaxing atmosphere.

We ask that you turn your cell phone off in the Spa area. We also ask that you do not bring small children with you for your spa services to ensure you to receive the most relaxing services possible as well as those around you.

We strive to respect the time of all our valued clients. When late for your arrival times, The Spa & Salon reserves the right to end your appointment at the scheduled time.

Less than a 48-hour notice of cancellation may result in billing for services.

To receive the most enjoyment from your spa experience plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first service. This will allow adequate time to complete a brief questionnaire, change into your robe and get ready to be pampered. Schedule your package 2-3 months in advance. A deposit is required, and please, be mindful of our 48-hour cancellation policy.

Only when recommended professional products are used, do we guarantee chemical services. Please inform your stylist of any chemical treatments done outside of our salon to ensure proper treatments for your hair.
